Eligibility The Gaurav Awards are open to all individuals who meet the specific eligibility criteria as outlined by the School Games and Activity Development Foundation (SGADF). Participants must be currently enrolled in an educational institution or have participated in the relevant categories during the award year. Submission Guidelines All nominations or applications must be submitted through the official Gaurav Awards portal or as directed by SGADF. The content submitted must be original and accurate. Any falsification of information or submission of plagiarized work will result in immediate disqualification. Award Categories The Gaurav Awards feature multiple categories based on achievements in sports, academics, leadership, creativity, and community service. Categories and specific requirements may vary each year, and participants must ensure they apply in the appropriate category. Judging Criteria Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of expert judges based on predefined criteria for each award category. The decision of the judges is final and binding. Judges reserve the right to withhold an award in any category if no submission meets the required standards. Confidentiality All personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of processing nominations and awarding prizes. SGADF will maintain strict confidentiality and will not share personal data without consent, except where required by law. Award Prizes Winners of the Gaurav Awards will receive prizes as specified on the official website or in the nomination materials. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. SGADF reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Publicity By accepting an award, winners agree to participate in promotional activities, including media interviews, photographs, and videos, as required by SGADF. These materials may be used for future marketing and promotional purposes. Disqualification SGADF reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating the rules, submitting incorrect information, or engaging in unethical practices during the award process. Any attempt to influence the judging process or tamper with the awards system will lead to immediate disqualification. Liability SGADF and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in the Gaurav Awards, whether direct or indirect. Amendments SGADF reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Gaurav Awards at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted on the official website.
